By sourcing our own raw materials, we make sure the glass doesn’t get in the way of the shortwave radiation you need to get things curing fast. We spend a lot of time balancing the filament thickness and electrode materials so your lamps actually last. But a quick heads-up: if you’re running a high-intensity lamp on a high-speed line, heat is your biggest enemy. Double-check your cooling fans or water jackets. If they can’t keep up, your tube will warp, and that’s a headache nobody wants.
